The interior designer working with the client had a mood board of the sort of style they liked.

We narrowed down the sort of details they liked using sketches and then produced a 3D CAD drawing to help us explain fully what it would be like together with samples of key elements and finishes.

The majority of the doors and frames are steel with a bronze applied but we used solid brass on the leading edges as over time they will take knocks and scratches and solid brass will be easiest to patinate back to bronze. We always try to anticipate long term use when designing something.
